ENTREE'S

Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Brats....quality meats served with buns and condiments.

Fresh Pork Loin....Marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, rosemary & garlic. Served with buns and condiments.

BBQ Pork Ribs....price based on portion size served with a zesty BBQ sauce.

Chicken Quarters or Chicken Breast....seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Choice Sirloin Steak....thick cut seasoned steaks grilled then sliced thin and served with your favorite steak sauce.

Choice Ribeye Steak....full of flavor you can't resist.    

Iowa Pork Chop....thick and grilled to perfection.

Beef Kabob....marinated with wine and seasonings.

Chicken Kabob....marinated with garlic, oregano, olive oil and lemon.

Lamb Chops....marinated, so tender they melt in your mouth.

Grilled Vegetables....$3.95 per serving an assortment of egg plant, red onions, yellow peppers, zucchini and yellow squash marinated in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Portabella Mushrooms.... marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil,fresh garlic, salt and pepper.

SIDE DISHES

Potato Salads: Mustard with eggs, Red Potato vinaigrette, Creaser, Spicy Sweet Potato.  

Cabbage Salads: Creamy Coleslaw, Mediterranean with diced tomatoes, onions, fresh lemon & olive oil,  Sweet vinaigrette. 

Fresh Green Salads: Tossed with fresh vegetables, Seven Layer, Greek, Creaser, Mandarin with celery seed dressing, Spring Mix with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. 

Beans:   Cold=Three bean salad, Mediterranean bean salad Hot= Ranch baked, Black beans with chopped onions, sour cream and jalapeno peppers.

Vegetables:  Cold= Deluxe Vegetable Tray, Anti Pasta Tray, Village Salad. Hot= Buttered Corn or Corn on the Cobb, Green Bean Casserole, California Medley, Buttered Green Beans, Broccoli Spears with hollandaise sauce, Brussel Sprouts with lemon butter.

Fresh Fruit: Fresh Cut Fruit Bowl, Fresh Fruit Tray with a berry cream cheese dip and Whole Fruit Basket.
