DELUXE DINNER BUFFET

Minimum 12 people

Choose from the following selections listed below for the Deluxe Buffet*

Choice of Two Entree's.... Roasted Pork Loin with rosemary, Oven Roasted Turkey, Lemon Herb  Baked Chicken 1/4's, Baked Ham with a brown sugar & pineapple glaze, House Almond Chicken Breast with a creamy swiss cheese sauce,  Roast Beef Aujus, Baked Cod Fillets with dill sauce, *Meat or *Vegetarian Lasagna, Beef Stroganoff with noodles, Chicken Tetrazzini with bow tie pasta, Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with a sauté mushrooms glaze, Italian Goulash with macaroni or Peppered Steak with green pepper glaze.

* Lasagna is prepared by the  half pan (12 servings) or full pan (24 servings) an additional charge of $2.95 per serving for quantity difference when ordering this item.

Other entrees available, pricing may very.

The following selections apply to the Deluxe Dinner Buffet 

Cold Sides....Seven Layer Salad, Coleslaw creamy or vinaigrette, Italian Pasta Salad, Ranch Pasta Salad,             Potato Salad creamy or vinaigrette, Pea Salad, Bow Tie Pasta, Mediterranean Bean Medley Salad and Tossed Green Salad with dressings. 

Potatoes....Seasoned Oven Roasted, AuGratin, Baked Potato with compliments, Party Potatoes, Garlic or Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Scalloped Potatoes.

Vegetables....Broccoli Spears, Ranch Baked Beans, Buttered Corn, Glazed Baby Carrots, Green Beans Almandine, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Spring Peas with pearl onions and California Medley.

Pasta & Rice....Rice Pilaf, Fettuccini with Alfredo Sauce, Garlic Herb Pasta, Wild Rice, Spinach with Rice, Rice with Vegetables, Orzo Pasta with Tomato and Couscous with Vegetables.

Pricing for Gourmet Entree's range from $10.95 to $24.95  per person

Seafood....Baked Salmon Fillet with a creamy dill sauce, Stuffed Fillet of Sole with crabmeat. scallops and cheese topped with a creamy dill sauce. Shrimp Athenian jumbo shrimps poached in a light tomato sauce and feta cheese.

Pork, Veal and Lamb.... Pork or Veal Picatta with a fresh lemon and capers sauce, Stuffed Pork Loin with rosemary & sage, Grilled Lamb Chops with garlic & oregano and Roasted Pork Loin marinated with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic.

Chicken....Chicken Parmesan with marinara sauce, Sautéed Chicken Breast with a mushroom glaze, Grilled Chicken Kabob, Chicken Picatta with fresh lemon and capers sauce, Chicken Oscar with crab meat & asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce, Roasted Cornish Hen with stuffing or Chicken Wellington in a puff pastry.

Beef....Prime Rib with Aujus, Beef Tenderloin with sauté mushrooms , Beef Kabob and Beef  Wellington in a puff pastry.

Greek.... Pastitso (noodle & beef casserole)$12.95, Mousaka (eggplant & beef casserole)$12.95, Spanakopita (spinach &  feta cheese baked in Fillo)$12.95, Dolmathes (beef & rice stuffed grape leaves served with egg lemon sauce)$13.95 and Greek Combination Plate (an assortment of all the items listed above plus Gyros)$14.95                         

All Greek entrees include Pita Bread with butter, Rice Pilaf and Greek Salad.

DELIVERY

Groups less than 25 people are subject to a one way delivery fee of $10.00. If Katering Kitchen returns to pick up equipment, an additional $5.00 Pan Pick Up fee will be charged. Clients reserve the right to waive fees by picking up food and/or returning equipment to the Katering Kitchen. Orders out side of the Cedar Rapids area are subject to a $25.00 Out Of Town delivery fee.


 

AGREEMENT and DEPOSITS

The agreed total price is subject to change upon revision of the menu, the confirmation of the number of guests, or other changes in the specified terms of our understanding. 

A non refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total bill is required upon the confirmation of the proposal. 

Final numbers of guests are required two weeks prior to the event.

Pricing on the dinner buffet menu is subject to change based on cost of food or inflation
