Keep in mind that all menu items are hand picked specifically for your order to assure fresh quality foods and the very best presentation!
The Dinner Menu consists of two buffet style menus. The Deluxe and Budget Buffet both offer choice quality foods that are nicely presented. A great selection for Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Church Groups, Corporate Dinners, Graduations, and Mercy dinners. We serve both large and small groups. The Gourmet Entrees section of the dinner menu is an excellent choice for a more up scale dinner party in the privacy of your home or at one of the wonderful public facilities available in our community. Entrees such as Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops, Stuffed Fillet of Sole with a dill sauce and Chicken Picatta with a fresh lemon & caper sauce. Yum! Yum! Our dinner menu also consist of delicious desserts.
The Hors D' oeuvre Menu is a collection of finger type foods such as Sauté Chilled Shrimp (jumbo shrimp sautéed with Cajon seasoning and garlic served with a blue cheese dip), Dill Meatball (seasoned meatballs in a creamy dill sauce) and Spanakopita (spinach and feta cheese baked in fillo) all full of flavor you just can not resist. If you are looking for a light fare or even something more substantial that offers a variety of foods this is the place you need to be. The Luncheon Menu offers a large selection of items such as Box Lunches, Hot Lunch Buffet, Soup and Sandwiches Buffet, Gourmet Salads and much more. This menu works well for Corporate luncheons, Church Groups, Travel Groups etc...Let Katering Kitchen make your next luncheon meeting or gathering simple and hassle free.
The Breakfast/Brunch Menu For the early birds or even the mid morning crowd. Choose from a light continental style breakfast to the works! Items such as fresh baked nut breads & pastries, fresh cut fruits, and specialty items like the Egg Ham & Cheese Strata. Quiche Lorraine or French Toast Strata with Apple Cider Syrup. And yes we do also have all the traditional stuff too. This menu works well for all occasions.
Delivery and Pick Up's
A $10.00 delivery and pick up fee is attached to all invoiced orders with in the Cedar Rapids, Marion and Hiawatha areas. Clients reserve the right to waive this fee by picking up food and/or returning equipment to Katering Kitchen.
Orders out side of the Cedar Rapids areas are subject to a minimum $25.00 Out Of Town delivery and pick up fee.
The agreed total price quote is subject to change upon revision of the menu, the confirmation of the number of guests, or other changes in the specified terms of our understanding.
A non refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total bill is required for groups over 100 guests upon the confirmation of the proposal.
